Name: Keriann Gulmy

Years/Months Lived in Downtown Allentown: 7 months

Why did you want to move Downtown? I moved downtown because the City Center Residential properties had the amenities that I was looking for and my company, ADP, office is relocating.

What was the deciding factor that made you choose Downtown Allentown as your new home? The look and feel of the building and apartments.

Where's the best place to go to for happy hour? I enjoy going to The Dime or Bell Hall. The Hamilton in the summer is awesome to sit outside on the patio and enjoy the weather and music.

What are some small things about living at a City Center Residential property that makes your day better? The location, having a gym within the building, the lounges, balcony, and rooftop grilling.

If you could go on a shopping spree at one store in downtown, which would it be? RE:find - I love almost everything they have inside!

What is your ideal way to spend the weekend in Downtown Allentown? Go to the gym in the morning or running through Lehigh Parkway, then walk to get coffee at Starbucks, go to brunch, relax, and then attend trivia at Bell Hall on Saturdays.

How do you unwind after a hard day at work? Run on the treadmill at the gym or drinks at The Hamilton

How did you make your apartment, home? The décor. I took my style and Chris' style and mixed it together.

Which Downtown Allentown event do you look forward to every year? Blue and Brews and Beerfest. I am not a big beer drinker but it's fun to walk around!

What's your favorite memory so far since you've moved to Downtown Allentown? Attending hockey games on a regular basis and going to trivia every Saturday.

Where's the best spot to get cozy and relax at in your building? The rooftop! This is our favorite spot in the summer/warmer weather. We will grill and hangout up there with friends.

You have friends from out of town visiting—where do you take them to have a fun time? I'd take them to Queen City BBQ, PPL Center for a hockey game, Hijinx Brewery, then Bell Hall for trivia on Saturday.
