Resident Referral Program

We want to put extra cash in the pockets of City Center Residents! When you refer a friend, you’ll each receive $250 when your friend moves into their apartment at a City Center Residential property. Here are the easy steps to make some money!

1. Find a friend who wants to move to Downtown Allentown!
2. Have your friend contact the leasing team by calling or texting 833-327-6246.
3. Your friend must mention your name to the leasing team so you both can receive the referral bonus.
4. After your friend moves into their new home, you’ll each get $250!

Some exclusions apply: A minimum of a 12-month lease must be signed. This does not apply to any City Center Residential transfer, a current resident or roommate changes.  This program only applies to move-ins prior to December 31, 2019.  Other restrictions may apply.
